Program from the Bob Hope Testimonial Banquet, 8.75 x 11.5, held at the Gold Room of the Pick–Congress Hotel in Chicago, on August 22, 1958, signed on the front cover in blue ballpoint. In very good condition, with scattered soiling and a couple small stains to covers.
